Hi R,

It was sculpted from scratch. I commissioned it and sent LOADS of reference photos plus a life cast taken from the full size Han Solo in Carbonite prop which we all know was Ford's face that they used.
Regarding the accuracy of the hats - I've only owned a Herbery Johnson and Lee Keppler. Now that I have my Keppler, I can say that in my opinion, it's better than the HJ.
