: Just wanted to mention that Petra, which served as the site for the exterior shots of the Grail Temple in Last Crusade, is featured in a cover story for the December issue of National Geographic. There's some typically superb color photos of the stone city, as well as some interesting info on the history of the famous ruins. No mention of Last Crusade, however. Anyway, it's a nice article for people interested in the real life locations of the films.

Petra was also featured in National Geographic last year. I have the issue and it was very interesting. There was no mention of LC as well.Take Care,
