I have watched the Indy movies many, many times, as I am sure many of you have. I almost know ROTLA and LC (my favorites) by heart.

My question is: Do the bloopers in the films bother you?

If you only view the films a couple of times, you can kind of overlook the mistakes. But when you see them as often as I have (about once a week), you know when the bloopers are coming.

One scene in particular in Last Crusade illustrates that point. When Indy and Elsa jump in the boat in Venice after escaping the library, one of the pursuers leaps onto the boat and slides across the deck. The scene cuts quickly, but not before I see that he has slid so far that I know he fell off into the water.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the movies. It's just that these bloopers, and seeing them as often as I do, just take away some of the fun of the films. Of course, a new Indy film (Hint, Hint) would be a nice fresh adventure for all of us.

What do you think?
