Christian Slater in Indy Jacket

Has anyone seen "Kuffs", 1991? Mr. Slater is a San Francisco cop who wears an Indy jacket. He/it gets shot in the same place on the left arm as Indy. What makes me think it's an Indy jacket?- It's got the pockets, including the inside one, seam across shoulder blades, action back, side slits, belts and d-rings, and no kuffs.
