This is a very good point. The internet is largely responsible for the cynicism that seems to surround Indy 4. It's a bit ridiculous that fan speculation manufactured so many false starts for the film, but even more so that the media ran with nearly all of them. I really don't think the film is as behind schedule as we've led ourselves to believe.
