Hypothetical Raiders question:

In hopes of sparking some conversation in this here ghost town (all we're missing is the player piano!), I pose the following question to the Forum: Let's pretend there was a scene missing from Raiders that had been cut out by George and Steven (I feel I'm enough of a fan to use their first names...) to fit it to the studio-imposed running time. In honor of the DVD release of Raiders, they decide to put the scene back in. What would you like it to be? An expanded scene in the Hovitos' temple? The originally planned whip versus sword fight in the Cairo market? Personally, I'd like to see an expanded scene in the Nazi submarine base in the Med, showing the true depths of Belloq's involvement with the Third Reich. Was he simply a pawn in Hitler's plan? Was he planning to double-cross the Nazis? Or maybe he was a card-carrying party member?
