I've always wondered about the Jones/Ravenwood scandal

Is there a chance that Indy got Marion pregnant when they engaged in "extracurricular activity"? It would explain why she was so angry at him. I asume Abner drove Indy off with a shovel when he found out about Indy and Marion, and Indy probably didn't hear from Marion until they met again in Nepal many years later.
So I ask you, is there a love child out there or not? Surely a pregnancy would have been kept secret back then (I don't dare mentioning a secret abortion, though they were quite common then), the child given away to be raised somewhere else. The Ravenwood name could not have been soiled by a bastard child. So were those times.
Somehow I think it's quite possible that Indy will find out he has a son or daughter. Who knows? Maybe Willie raised that child!
I just had a terrible thought! What if Marion had Belloq's love child???
