Your browser obviously has some sort of caching problem. Look for a setting where the document is compared to the cache, and set it to the most frequent (e.g. Every time).

If you get to a page that says the message has been posted, please believe it rather than reposting 4 times. Press refresh/reload a few more times or something, but don't keep posting.
