I Just wanted to add to this topic. Matt has some great looking bullwhips and stockwhips on his site. From the information at his web site and from talking with him they seem to be very high quality.

Another site that you can find some very good whips is at WWW.mark-allen.com. Mark Allen is a large supplier of western arts items, and included in that is a very nice selection of bullwhips and accessories. He carries both good quality cowhide, nylon bullwhips, as well as high quality kangaroo hide whips imported from Australia. He sells his whips for a decent prices, Including a copy of the Indiana Jones bullwhip.
