Indiana John and the Curse of COW

I have problems with COW. As soon as I have managed to log in, I have trouble going to any section within reasonable time. It takes at least a minute until I get to the point where I can actually read a post. And "the latest posts" feature never seems to work for me at all. I also don't stay logged in, although I always check the "stay always logged in" box. Then there is the problem with text that doesn't wrap. I have to scroll twice the width of my screen (17inches) to read many posts. And since we are already at it, what's with those invisible font colors that blend with the background?
But there is more! It seems that COW is haunted by some unholy demon who has nothing better to do than remove posts.
Hanging here in this cave makes me realize that time is at a premium. And Stupido is still grinning his terrible grin!
