Going to L.A.

Greetings fellow Indyfans,
My wife and I will be going to Los Angeles for a week during the holidays and was wondering if there were any LA residents in this forum who might suggest some things to see. My itinerary will include La Brea, Natural History museum, and, of course, the Indy ride at Disneyland. Any other ideas having to do with history, archaeology, or culture? Thanks for all suggestions.
