Indy's Got His Own Timing

I've said all along that I don't think Indy 4 is as behind schedule as the fans make it out to be (in the minds of Lucas and Co.). I have a feeling they've known for some time exactly when it would happen. Just because fans decided it should've been out years ago doesn't mean it was ever really intended to be.

So if it comes out in 2003 or 04, that is not really such a long wait since the late 90's (which is when any real movement began). Just look at how long its taken Spiderman to reach the screen.

Remember, Lucas had the idea to make Raiders long before Star Wars came out. Imagine if the internet had been as advanced back in the 70's...Raiders would've been labeled a pipe dream years before it was ever released.
