Inquiry about Hawaii

Well, only 39 more school days and then I'm FREEEEE. Anywho, this summer I'm going to Maui. I'm racking my brains trying to remember where the exterior shots for RoTLA were filmed. I KNOW they didn't go to Peru, but has anyone got the info? I think it would be fun to meander around, avoiding "still fresh" poison darts, AND take long strides up a hill where the Temple is, although I haven't nearly as nice gluteals as Indy!!:-)
