There are a lot of less obvious things that are still legit to take along with you, though.
Did you hear about the vulture at the airport that was toting around a rotting hunk of a large rodent? One of the airline staff asked politely if he could check that for the bird, and the vulture said, "No thank you, it's carrion (carry-on)."
Must have been flying Northwest..........
Never forget that the odds of us being killed while on the way to the airport are better than the odds of us being killed onboard a plane, so let's make sure getting there is half the fun.
