Good question. Maybe they could play off the age angle in this one and Indy could search after the legendary Fountain of Youth. Maybe to add a bit of necessity to the search, his dad is approaching extreme old age and Indy decides he wants a chance to start over with him and right the old wrongs between them.

Throw in some good original characters and some Nazis who escaped from the rest-home and you've got it! And hey, if it really works Harrison Ford could do some new Young Indy stories and keep doing movies for decades!
