I was fortunate enough to give a little bit of help to Mr. McGregor a year or so ago in supplying him with sources to information regarding firearms used by pirates in the 1600's for his book 'Amazon', and took the liberty of asking him WHY the Webley? His reply? He saw one in a gun store at the time he was working on Last Crusade, and thought it was just a neat looking handgun, and included it in all his Indy work. Period. Talk about anti-climax!
