Both Ford and Spielberg have refused (in recent interviews) to say that Indy IV will be the last one:

Ford: Never say never...

Spielberg: I can't say that, because I thought Indy III would be the last and obviously it isn't.

It is funny to read, in light of part IV taking them so long to get around to doing. Still, Lucas' original plan WAS to make five Indy films, so who knows if they've knocked around enough ideas for two more films?

So, it's nice to see that they are at least open to the idea, but unless they follow-up Indy IV within 2-3 years, I wouldn't really expect Indy 5.
