: What are your veiws on the novel Hollow Earth?

I thought it was terrific... not the best, but very good. I loved the opening, the way that McCoy created such a dark and haunting atmosphere in which to set up the story. "The Valkyries are here..." I remember the image I had in my mind just after reading those first two pages.

It was a great book; McCoy is a very talented writer. However, "Philospher's Stone", "Dinosaur Eggs", and "Dance of the Giants" are the best three. I'll put "Hollow Earth" as number five, right after Rob MacGregor's "Seven Veils".
