Ford Wields Bullwhip Once Again!

Ford appeared on The Tonight Show tonight and wielded a bullwhip for the first time in years!

Leno first asked him about the time he demonstrated his whip prowess for inclusion on a Jimmy Buffett song (Desperation Samba; 1985), after which they played a snippet.

He then produced a bullwhip (Ford had specifically asked for an Australian Kangaroo leather whip prior to the show), and asked if Ford would demonstrate.

Ford told the cheering crowd to 'Relax...this probably isn't going to work...'...then, his first attempt resulted in knocking the water cup on Leno's desk into one of the chairs.

He then made two quick follow-up attempts, but the whip wasn't cooperating. So, no trademark bullwhip crack (to let us know when to turn the page), but it was really cool to see Ford in familiar form finally.
