And yep, it did say "Jones on those vehicles!

: Biff and his cronies chase Marty around the town square. At the end, Biff crashes his car into a parked truck which spills manure all over. The name "D. Jones" is clearly written on the side of the truck. And in BTTF III, Biff's grandfather has a very similar accident with a manure wagon that says "A. Jones".
