I think that Indy's age becomes a big part of the plot, as the relationship with his father was a big part of LC. I think if they made it a few years ago, it wouldn't have had a lot of substance but would've made money.

Spielberg, Lucas, and Ford have said they're going to try to make the best damn Indy movie they can. If they say they're going to try, with a team like this...they have pretty good odds of succeeding if you ask me.
