As for Lucas. I think he has great stories, but he lacks as a director. It just seems like he doesnt give anyone any direction. I've heard Ford say that Lucas isnt great with actors. I think the main problem with the New Trilogy is that he's doing it all himself. The original trilogy wasnt as much of a one man show....or so I think.
