Have you heard of this "new" cult classic? "Dunyaya Kurtaran Adam" (85 min.)Made in 1982 in Turkey, It's steals actual Star Wars footage, and soundtrack music from Raiders of the Lost Ark, Battlestar Galctica and Superman. Here's a partial review- ""Han" and "Luke" are wearing motorcyle helmets and walkman headphones and sitting in front of T.V.s playing Star Wars footage. This would have almost looked like two men inside spacships if they could have kept the clips running behind them from rapidly cutting to scenes from Star Wars that were not of space"....." "Every detail of the original Star Wars cantina bar is faithfully recreated right down to the paper mache Satan. You barely notice as it cuts back and forth from original Star Wars bar footage to Turkish Star Wars bar footage." But most of the movie doesn't follow the Star Wars plot, and involves alot of karate fights. "This movie is real, and probably worse than I will be able to convey" says the reviewer "Although setting world records for lack of production values, Turkish Star Wars is a lot more entertaining than Episodes 1 and 2"
