Harrison Ford I can still see doing the action stuff, no problem. On the other hand, I think Ian McKellan is great, but doesn't seem much up on the physical level. It'll be like that awful old-man fistfight at the end of Star Trek Generations (Shatner, Stewart, and McDowell), or the, ahem, wizard duel in LotR (which was, if you ask me, the worst part of the movie).
