I've done a bit more digging and found another gaming retail site that lists that both the XBox and the PC versions are set to ship on January 15, 2003, with the Playstation 2 version set to ship on March 17, 2003.

While it seems like your prediction of all the versions of the game not making the Fall 2002 estimate is accurate, I really wish it was released this Fall - especially since, as I've found out, neither Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis nor Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine will work with Windows XP (I bought both games a few years ago, when I still had Windows 98 installed).
