If you can get them installed, have you tried running the "Program Compatibility Wizard" over it? You can set it to run as though it's Windows '98. Or '95, even. It's the only way I could get Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation to run on XP for me.
It's under "Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>Program Combatibility Wizard". :)

I hope it works. I haven't gotten my copies back yet (I lent them to someone) and I upgraded while they were gone.
