I have to agree with Rushmore on this one. Phil Hartman was the show. You could have put "Bill McNeal" in just about any sitcom and he would have made it work. The rest was packaging. Andy Dick had moments - generally with Phil Hartman. To me, Vicky Lewis is somebody who fills a void (sometimes a "much needed void") in the cast. I don't care for her AT ALL.
