First dude to try and dress up like Indy ?

This was just on TV - In 1981, archaologists Eric and Carol Meyers dug up a piece of an ark in Israel. They were featured in People Magazine because Raiders was happening, and Mr. Meyers threw together a pathetic Indy outfit for the People photographs (I think.- I'm not absolutely certain this particular photo was used in People). It looked like a coiled piece of white cotton rope served as a whip. His wife Carol was there, but I couldn't tell if she was going for the Miriam look- they didn't show it long enogh. Can anyone find this picture and post it? Thanks.
