I'm sort of leaning towards all three at once, but what I think they should do is just release them all at once, but you can choose to buy them together or individually. If Indy 4 wasn't supposed to come out in a couple of years, I would say to do that, but with that releasing, then you would have to buy it all over again. What one person at TFN suggested was have the Indy box set with space for the Indy 4 DVD, and you can just buy Indy 4 and put it in.
