There are two: the look on Marcus' face when Indy asks "the museum gets the ark when they're done, right?" and Marcus looks like he forgot to put that in the contract with the government;
and
when Marion hits Jones in the chin with the mirror (that has to be my favorite moment in ANY Indy movie).
