The "second" Indy font?

Yes, the trademark Indy font is available as SF-Fedora and Adventure. But what's the name of the *second* font, the blocky, tilted, caps-only one used to print "and... " on the covers? The Desktop Adventures cover used that font as well (Indy font: "Indiana Jones"; the second font: "and his Desktop Adventures"). I saw it used in fan-made graphics, so I assume it is available to the public... but under what name?
