Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth

I just watched Last Crusade again. Indy drinks from the cup of christ, and therefore has eternal life? How could this affect the new film, if at all? Obviously Indy will look much older in the new film, how do you explain that? Maybe they'll just forget about the holy grail thing :) Whatever they decide, I'm happy. Just an interesting thought.
