There are some things we just can't really think about when they're not what we saw them to be in the first place. I mean, an ice cream cannot be an ice-cream when it's not cold, right? Same as with Indy. He cannot anyone else, in my mind at least, other than Ford. Same as with Spielberg. He has that unique touch of his.
But if in the case that it just can't be Ford (Heaven forbid!), then I'd go for Dennis Quaid. Ever notice how he sometimes resembles Ford? 'Sides, he's no slouch in action, either.
