: : I wouldn't count Indy out of the picture yet. Spielberg and Lucas
: : aren't stepping out, and neither is Harrison. They've got something
: : up their sleeves. I have complete faith in them. Unless somebody dies,

: : a glorious one for all Indiana Jones fans the world over.

: Well I certainly hope you're right! I have always been a big Star Wars fan, but in recent years I have come to appreciate the Indy films and character at least as much as the SW Trilogy. No matter how may imitators may come and go, Indiana Jones is unique and deserves the full support of his creators. It would be a shame to wait too long on a fourth film if Lucas truly has a good story idea like he has claimed to have. Ford ain't getting any younger!

I started out just being an Indiana Jones fan, when my dad first
showed me Raiders of the Lost Ark back in 1985. Gradually, I began
to be curious about the man who was behind the character of Indiana
Jones. So, I became a Harrison Ford fan as well. I have seen most
all of his movies, and love them just as much as I do the Indy
trilogy. But Indiana Jones is still my favorite Ford character.
If anyone else out there saw the interview with Harrison Ford and
Barbara Walters for Devil's Own, then you will all know that
When asked: "Would you play Indiana Jones again?" Harrison replied,
"In a New York minute." That was SWEET!!! So we definitely know that
Harrison is all for the idea. It's just a matter of time...
