: : : Good luck finding them (and if ANYONE can get me a copy of no 6 - I'll...I'll...well, you don't
: : : wanna know how far I'll go - but post if you got it and are willing to give, sell, trade!!!)
: : : U7-21

: : I hate to brag, but oh, well. here goes. I've got all of them. They're in pretty good condition, not mint though. I used to read those choose your own adventure books, and when these came out I was over joyed. I haven't read them in years, but I remember enjoying the first few of the series. towards the end I didn't care much for them anymore. I keep them for the sake of having Indy stuff. The only thing I need to complete my collection satisfactorily would be the action figures from Raiders and Temple, and also the European books. I would KILL for that 12 inch Indiana Jones figure made shortly after Raiders came out.

: And I hate to brag...but I still have all the Kenner RAIDERS figures, both the smaller plastic ones (like STAR WARS) and the 12" figure...and when I moved from the northeast to an apartment in L.A., I even took that old box holding them with me...

: I understand the MARION one is particularly hard to find...I only found one after dragging my dad to every TOYS R US and KAY BEE toy store in Connecticut; the ONE I found was actually in the FAO SCHWARTZ in NYC, and only behind a pane of glass in their display case. After my shedding a few tears, my dad asked the store clerk of he could buy that one last Marion figure from the display case...

: We paid $15 bucks for it. And this was in 1983...those rip-off artists!

: Ya know, if I KEPT THOSE FIGURES in their display boxes, unopened, well...I could sell them for a pretty penny now. (Then again, considering how much fun I had playing with 'em over the years, what fun would there be?)

A 12" Indy figure is available at Bookery Fantasy in Fairborn, Ohio for $90, I believe. The phone # is (937)879-1408. Ask for Steve. Good luck!
