I would love to help yo find "cheap" Indy toys, but the only one I could point you to is the Micromachine set. The action figures and playsets are quite expensive. When I purchased my Well of the Souls (not knowing at the time it had the figures), I saw an Indy action figure (3") for sale - the cost $45.00. Even though they are expensive, I will keep an eye open for you.
