That DHC artist Dan Barry showed Indy having BOTH eyes in the adaptations (though none of his art look based on any stills).

In a fanzine-type review I did of all Indy's adventures, I also included a dossier that I had to make up myself (supposedly written in 1971 by Major Eaton - though I'm sure he'd be dead or at least a general by then - hahah!). It detailed quickly Indy's exploits, and I realized I was going to have to make up my own explanation for the loss of the eye. I just sketchily mentioned that Indy and his wife were vacationing at a casino resort in France - when a scuffle broke out and an assasin with a bladed weapon struck him in the face by accident! The year was supposedly 1954....anyone know what casino this was?
