Your picture. it needs a URL.. Otherwise You cant put it on here... If you Do Not want to LOAD it Onto the WEB. Here's An IDEA.... Create a free Hotmail e-mail account and send it to that address as an attachment... They'll assign a URL For That Picture so you can view it. And as long as you do not delete the message, that URL will work Anywhere.. On this Board, CHatrooms, E-mail etc... But it seems easier just to get a Free homepage at www.geocities.com or www.tripod.com or www.angelfire.com and Load the Pictures UP on there...
