Disney On-line Store??? or Off-line store??

Why the new indy figures not available on Diney internet store?? Are there restrictions to on-line trading?? I mean, if they can sell over telephone-line, why could'nt they sell the new Indy on their internet store? I mean, are there really an invisible boundary that E-commerce cannot cross. They have the product. They happily take our orders over the telephones, they have an on-line store, BUT NO! NO! NO!, you cannot buy the product on their internet site. Why?? Anyone who know??
