... my main point about the scubadiving wasn't that Goodsport doesn't necessarily know how to scubadive (maybe he does... who knows? :) ), but that at the end of Chapter 3 he had just stepped out of the taxi and heading up the docks, just about to the plane when he heard water splashing. There wouldn't have been time for him to don a scubadiving outfit... and how would he have carried it with him anyways taking a taxi (since he apparently left his 1936 Ford Sedan back at the office)?
