Steve, do you have his address in Chicago? I got the Stetson Temple but I'm not satisfied with it as well, thought about getting a custom-made fedora. I'm going back to Chicago for summer vacation, so I might give him a look and report back what I see. As set on accuracy as we are, there's just nothing like a hat specifically made to fit the shape of your face.
