Is "Phantom Menace" racist?

Or is it saying something else? Did you notice how the bad guys from the Trade Federation had a Japanese accent? I was expecting them to say "Tora! Tora! Tora!" at any moment. Also Jar Jar Binks and his "primitive" people speak with a Carribean/African-American-ish dialect. I wonder what Lucas is trying to tell us?

: Let's face it. We're all Jones fans so we're all probably Star Wars fans as well. I saw it opening day at noon and I was absolutely amazed! This movie exceded my expectations. It is, right now, my favorite movie.

: But let me clear the air a little. I thought Jar Jar binks was funny. I think he's one of the coolest characters in Star Wars. I hope he's in the other prequels. What'r your thoughts on this? I only ask because I've heard a lot of people bitch about Jar Jar.
