Appreciate the concern. Don't you worry, I don't plan to jump into this from the get go, but will build up to it. I, too, have done a lot of powerlifting and squats, and you're right, you and your lunch can definately want to make a parting of the ways. I have no plans to have that kind of problem. I do plan to get in better shape than I am, and this is a very good list to work from. Regards. Michaelson
