Raiders incomprehendable lines

Just a question on the only line I don't know in "Raiders".
It's Marion's line that comes after, "Marion, you are beautiful." Then, Ravenwood sets her clothes down over the knife and says aomething like, "I don't think we need a [sheper]." ???
What does she say? Either it's a name of a wine, or Karen Allen had one too many drinks herself before filming. Any thoughts?
