What a great story idea! And it isn't based on some religious artifact. I would love to see Indy in this adventure. It would be great if he found himself on the island of Crete, searching the palace of Knossos for clues that either lead him there or are just a pitstop before the next locale. I can visualize a great underground palace at the end of an impossible labyrinth. Minotaurs? Well, I would leave them out (see Further adventures of Indiana Jones #12), but there's always room for other nasty encounters...
