: He didn't decline that it wasn't another project, but he did make perfectly clear that it is not being worked on. Besides, won't the new Indy be a Dreamworks SKG project, seeing as how Spielberg is heading it up? Paramount released the three movies, not Lucasfilm, so it only seems logical.

The former could be left off for debate. As for the latter: Maybe it will turn out to be something like they did with Deep Impact. Spielberg is so busy these days trying to get Dreamworks SKG as the big player in the movie industry, he even doesn't have time to focus on another project, such as the next Indy movie. But merging Dreaworks SKG with Paramount doesn't seem like a bad idea and would gave him a good excuse to worked on the project. It would benefit both company.
