Hi:
I had nothing short of a rewarding experience with the company formerly known as Herbert Johnson. I talked to Mr. Swales who addressed my concerns politely, talked to me a bit about the original hats and thanked me very much for my business. My credit card was billed the next day and in 2 weeks I had the hat. I can't say justify with words how impressed I was with the hat. There's no doubt left when you see it in person that this is THE hat. Hope this helps your decision.
