I do not know an exact date but a lot of German magazines have an advertise announcing the game to be released in November. It should be out within the next two weeks.

I've read that the fourth video is a Making of... type affair. Does anyone know about this? Is it just the interviews from the US tapes edited into one?
Yes, it seems there will be no Young Indy PAL tapes. Get the US tapes. As for the Making: The German trilogy set also includes the Making of instead of a Young Indy adventure. Should be the same in the UK.
