How do you explain Old Indy in the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles? Especially with Ford in the beginning and end of the Mystery of the Blues?

Plus, that's a horrible idea. Just to kill off the character so Ford won't be obligated to pay Indy in Indy V? Geez! What were you thinking of?
