Wested delivery question

I spoke with Peter a few days ago and he said that possibly my jacket would be ready to be sent out Friday. When I ordered my jacket I ordered it over the phone and they said they will call me when they send it out. Can I rely on them calling me or will they proborly forget? I also would like to get a faster delivery so I can have it by Chrismas, anybody know how I would go about doing that?
